My mom bought us a membership at European Health Spa and we worked out regularly. My sister married a health nut and they opened up Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida. They were into the vegan, wheatgrass thing back in the 70’s and ‘80’s. These were definitely the big influences that led me to a healthier way of thinking and living. By the time I was 21, I became a vegetarian and educated myself on the benefits of a whole food diet and the dangers of processed foods… I have continued to workout regularly as a normal part of my lifestyle. I believe these two habits have benefited me greatly. At 50, I continue to educate myself and to live a healthy lifestyle. I can keep up with my 2 years old twin daughters and 7 years old son. My favorite sport of downhill skiing is still going strong and my son is having a great time skiing with me. I want to continue to stay healthy for the sake of my lovely family and am inviting you to take this journey with me. I look forward to living into my hundreds and feeling vibrant! So let’s do it!!
